And now, dear brothers and sisters in Christ, I ask that you pray for a Tsunami. Not one of fear and anguish, but, one of grace, love and peace that only God can give. The church today needs to be washed over with a flood of the Holy Spirit.

LIVE Streaming!
I know, I know… no blog post in… well… awhile! I have been very busy! OK, so I did get my camera, haircut and all the other junk mentioned in my other blog post! (I will post some of my best pictures so far later!) But that is not the reason for this post!
In December, I was contacted by my family to stream a LIVE event to the internet on New Year’s Eve! Well, this is no problem for me. Did they have internet at the church where the event was taking place? NO! Well, problem! I secured an AT&T Laptop Connect Card and was able to get it (somewhat) working. Being in Leeds, AL, there is not a reliable upload speed… So, needless to say, the stream kept freezing and dropping out. BUT, I DID record a video of the person they call “The Rock and Roll Preacher”… he is awesome!

Anyways, I said that the stream kept freezing and stopping… here is the official statement released from me, AnthonySB (My Company). In NO way does this represent DRWeb (Rocks of Faith Webmaster) and Rocks of Faith Ministries (My Family’s Singing Group):
“Software, cameras, servers and setup worked splendidly! The AT&T network did not. Leeds First Congregational Church is in Leeds, Alabama. Leeds has SOME AT&T 3G coverage. All tests and research that went in to making sure we would have signal were not done in vain, they proved that we would have enough signal to broadcast OUT, but would have no “wiggle room” for any extra bandwidth. We had about 1.00Mb/s Down and 0.10Mb/s Up, this is enough to broadcast out. On December 31st, 2009 when we got there, we started setting up equipment and testing software. About 2 hours till LIVE, we plugged in the AT&T laptop connect card and there was not a 3G signal available. We had two bars, thats it.
So what happened? The freezing, dropping out, delays and other problems in the stream were not Anthony Baumann’s, (AnthonySB) Dan Cole’s, (DR Web) UStream’s, (Ustream.tv) The Rocks of Faith (RocksofFaithMinistries.com) or Leeds First Congregational Holiness Church’s fault. The fault was in planning and the AT&T coverage in Leeds, Alabama.
So what’s doing to be done about it? Although we cannot offer recorded video, we can make a promise that next year (if LIVE streaming is done) will be better. We will call in special bandwidth and will have enough upload speed for even HD Video.
We have received tons of e-mails stating that there were multiple problems with the stream, we know this. Thank you for your emails and please be assured that the next event will not have ANY of these problems!”

So an update on what’s going on!

5. A haircut (that may happen this week)
Yeah, so I am very excited about all the new stuff! Soon, I will add a Photography section to my Business website: AnthonySB.biz This is the site where I have all my Portfolio and man, it IS GROWING! From Logos to Websites, the Lord has blessed me with some business and I pray he will bless me with some more.
I am working with one particular client named, Michael Phelps… NO, not the pot-smoking swimmer, but the Storm Chaser you have probably seen on the Weather Channel and other places. He owns a company named StormScape Photography. I am doing 2 websites, logos and web consulting with him! He is an awesome person to work with!
OK, well I think that is all for now… I am going to stop my nosebleed from starting again… grrr..
